Express Locations Receives National Business Research Award for Outstanding Employee Engagement
WENATCHEE, WA (January 26, 2017) – Express Locations, a premium retailer for T-Mobile USA, is pleased to announce that they have earned the High-Performing Circle of Excellence Award from the National Business Research Institute (NBRI) for the third year in a row. The award was based on their continued commitment to employee engagement.
To qualify for this honor, the organization must score at or above Stretch Performance at the 75th benchmarking percentile when measured against their industry, or the organization must improve 5 or more benchmarking percentiles in total company score over the previous research study. NBRI conducts Customer, Employee, and Market Research for businesses, and ‘reads the minds’ of these human factors that so significantly impact all organizations.
