Express Locations Awarded for Outstanding Employee Engagement
WENATCHEE, WA (December 22, 2015) – Express Locations, a premium retailer for T-Mobile USA, has earned the High-Performing Circle of Excellence Award from the National Business Research Institute (NBRI) for the second year in a row. The award was based on their continued improvement in employee engagement.
To qualify for this honor, the organization must score at or above Stretch Performance at the 75th benchmarking percentile when measured against their industry, or the organization must improve 5 or more benchmarking percentiles in total company score over the previous research study. NBRI conducts Customer, Employee, and Market Research for businesses, and ‘reads the minds’ of these human factors that so significantly impact all organizations.
