EXPRESS LOCATIONS SUPPORTS LITERACY PROGRAM FOR SEATTLE STUDENTS
WENATCHEE, Wash. (12/30/13) - Express Locations, a Premium Retailer for T-Mobile USA, has made a $2,040 donation to the First Book Literacy Program for Seattle Students.
First Book-Seattle serves King County children who are enrolled in K-12 Title I schools or are aided by established community-run daycare facilities and programs such as Head Start, in which at least 70 percent of the children enrolled are living below the poverty line. It is First Book-Seattle’s mission to give underserved children books they can take home and keep, thereby helping to develop reading skills and foster a love of reading.
