EXPRESS LOCATIONS CONTINUED OUTSTANDING GROWTH, SUCCESS IN 2013
WENATCHEE, Wash. (January 15, 2014) – Express Locations, a Premium Retailer for T-Mobile USA, posted a banner year in 2013 which capped four years of outstanding growth and expansion. The company added 10 stores in 2013 to bring the total number of T-Mobile branded Express Locations stores to 119 in 10 states across the Western United States.
“We’ve experienced tremendous growth over the past year,” said Todd Heiner, CEO of Express Locations. “Thanks to the dedication and training efforts of our staff and management team, and their never ending commitment to excellent customer service, we expect 2014 will be another great year for Express Locations.”
The Express Locations story has been one of growth and success since becoming a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in 2009. Since the third quarter of 2009, the company has added 94 new stores, and now employs approximately 730 retail team members. The company has also seen a 55 percent increase in revenue over the last three years. This growth has led to significant hiring opportunities and promotions within the company.
What’s more remarkable is that Express Locations took a new mobile retail concept, started it in the worst economic climate since the Great Depression and has not only survived, but thrived.
“Our corporate culture is based on two elements; discipline and integrity,” said Heiner. “Our commitment to providing our team members with the best possible training has paid enormous dividends for the company. Over the last few years we’ve had a planned growth strategy, not just in terms of adding stores and increasing sales, but also creating opportunities for our employees to grow in their careers.”
Additionally, the expansion of T-Mobile’s product offerings, including its no contract simple choice rate plans and JUMP! device upgrade program, have contributed to the company’s success. The new editions of the iPhone, including the 5s and C models, along with its super-fast nationwide 4G LTE network, has also assisted T-Mobile and Express Locations in expanding its customer base.
“Many mobile customers want to be able to have the latest smartphones, tablets and other devices at a fair cost, with 4G LTE speeds, and not have to be tied down to a contract,” said Heiner. “That’s what TMobile and Express Locations offers.”
